Get your claws out, ladies. It's Cynthia's turn! We're not usually crazy about her stuff, but this collection, we liked.

More pictures and videos of Cynthia Rowley's Fall 2007 collection here and here.

What are they walking on, a candy dish?

I love this collection. She's one of my favorite designers. I have two of her dresses. I love them.

And the runway is fabulous. Very original!

Different for her. I thought it was OK, not in love with anything. Trying to figure out what was going on with those things on the shoulders of the flame dress and the droopy things on the purple top. If I saw someone in the real world wearing either of those garments I would be screaming "fashion victim!" at them! The runway itself was the most fun thing out there.

Not my taste, but I love the runway. Does that count? ; - )

I kind of like this collection. I agree, it's very different for Cynthia Rowley. I'm not crazy about her stuff.

Love the runway.

Love the sparkling black stockings.

Love most of the dresses.

Hate the blouson tops and the hats with grosgrain edged brims. They don't wear the hats with authority and the hats are not properly blocked.

Wacky humor is part of Rowley's persona, and you can see some of that in her clothes.

LOL. I don't like this collection at all.

...oh its just more of the bright, shiny crap and dark, shiny crap that everyone's collection this fall. I'm so tired of that same motif, I can't even judge this one fairly.....

I've loved Cynthia Rowley ever since i saw her collection last spring, when she basically invented a new color - the most vivid cobalt-sorta-blue I've ever seen. Her clothes are like mood-lifters: they're classic, naughty, humorous, theatrical. They always tell such a story. I would wear anything from this collection.

um - there's a problem if you like the runway better than the collection (which I don't by the way). This runway is WAY too distracting - like a bad model - we're not supposed to be distracted from the CLOTHES people. Set design 101 = first do no harm. And, really, where IS Margaret when you need her?.....

I love the runway more than the collection, but there's two pieces that I really liked: the teal mini-dress and the olive leather jacket. The other look like a rehash of 80s kooky fabrics done up in a "blah" fashion.
