To tide us over until next week's episode, a new Tim's Take is up.
"Could Vincent have been any more smarmy while talking to Catherine Malandrino?
Ohhhhhh, I know. The horrifying thought is that, yes, he probably could have been smarmier."

Ooh, comment cherry! I must be up early.
Tim was pretty brief in his responses. Some of those questions demand more in depth answers, but I suppose he was keeping things short and sweet.
Very nice. I agree, short, but good answers.
I think Heidi took visible delight in auf'ing Angela and Vincent a second time... just like the rest of us.
I swear, I adore him more each time he opens his mouth!
He's the best. I never get tired of reading about him or what he has to say.
He is such a classy gentleman! I could have kept on reading his answers forever...
Just wish there were more questions from the PR's fans that he got to reply.
Silly how some people still believe that more avant-garde runway looks are meant to be interpreted literally for the streets or worn by the masses. That idea/inspiration/look will be adapted to everyday wear down the line by other designers, knocked-off by the mass merchants and eventually get to the mall near you, in a safer diluted version.
Most people cannot even afford or has access to buy most designer wear anyway.
God, he makes me all goose-pimply!
My mantra is "Always listen to Tim" and now I REALLY can't wait to see the final 4 episodes! Maybe he'll bitch slap someone on the reunion show!

Oh, how I LOVE the word "smarmy". Sooo perfectly descrptive.
i heard there was an surprise extra episode that invited past designers of other seasons.
What's not to love about Tim Gunn? Watching him work with the designers makes me realize what a great teacher he is. That one small moment, when Laura was nearing a breakdown, and he told her he had faith in her . . . sometimes, that's all you need to hear.
And this is a tiny bit off-track, but watching the Season 2 marathon yesterday made me grin myself a headache. I love, love, love the whole Tim Gunn-Andrae at Red Lobster bit that Santino did. Tim was so cute and gracious about it.
Season 2, which I only watched in reruns, was really good. I'm a little surprised Santino made it to the final three, but I loved his collection. I would have picked it for the win.
And, is it just me, or does Kara Janx sound very much like Malan. Close your eyes and listen to her. Same lovely voice.
Anyway, Tim's the best. He's really the heart of PR.
Is there anyone else who wishes there was more Tim and less Heidi, less dramatic-lights-and-music "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" drama on the runway and more time in the sewing room actually watching the designers DESIGN?
Hey! He included my comment from the Outzone article (I think)!
Tim Gunn has charmed every person of every persuasion, age, ethnicity, occupation, fashion sense and senseless. Tim Gunn for PRESIDENT...of EVERYTHING!

I’m blushing. Really. Thank you so much. I will also add, “No thanks.” It would be a perfectly thankless job!
Yay! :D
SMARMY:
1. Excessive or unctiously flattering;
2. Unpleasantly, overly ingratiating;
3. Servile, oily, sycophantic.
Oh my, yes, that's puuuuuuuurfect.
Those in glass houses, fellas ....
"I believe most gay men possess three genes that aren’t shared by a large portion of the population. Those genes are Quality, Taste, and Style."
He is fabulous.

That was Hysterical!!! I'm still in tears. Incredibly funny blog. Reminds me of how this one used to be at the beginning.
Tim Gunn is absolutely, positively, one of the most refreshing people on television today. Thank you for the link, guys.
I adore him. He let me have my picture taken with him and signed my Tim Gunn t-shirt for me. He is very nice and it was one of the highlights of my trip to New York.
Is there anyone left on this Earth who, given the opportunity, WOULDN'T do Tim Gunn?
I think not.
Tim Gunn is my HERO!!!!
and the PRGayboyz can be his sidekicks!
Yeah, Heidi looked like she wanted to say, "You two! Auf now, or I get out the bug spray!"
And Tim, you sweet little bitch-kitten. Come over here and let me rub you behind the ears. Mmm.
Alright, we know you'll be hanging with da stahs, but really. I'm starving for my PR Gay Boys fix.
I suppose you'll be armed and ready after today....hope it's fun!!
