Once again, thanks Alex!

And don't forget to head on over to TRESemmé's Fantasy Runway game to register your picks for winner, loser, and best hair tonight. Who's in and who's auf tonight?

Alex! I love your work.

Hahahahahahahaha! Snort!

Alex, you are officially my new cartoon-author hero!

Oh my god, my sides hurt...

I picked Kit to win and Ricky to go far, far away. Can't remember on the hair -- Rami maybe? That category is a total crapshoot.

In the words of another Molly Shannon SNL character: I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!

Anonymous said...

Oh, and I picked Kevin the win and Ricky to go home.

I picked VictorYa for the win and Ricky (again) for the auf. That is the same as the Gratz guy's picks, by the way.

Love it!
This is going to be an interesting episode. I remember how much drama it was when the designers did wedding dresses.

Picks -
Winner: Rami
Loser: Ricky

Isn't Christiansuperstar cute?
Tonight for the auf its Ricky almost for sure. He has been in the bottom 2 too often to overlook again.
For the win I am going way out on a limb and calling it Christian. I think he is going to pull a rabbit out of his ass.
I this challenge is going to be so fun. I know nothing of proms as I was a juvenile delinquent, but I would love do design a prom dress on PR. And I am an expert at bending the will of petulant children.

Very good, Alex!. I must say, I'm not the biggest fan of Princess, but you captured her spirit.

I want to say these panels (and yesterday's) are fierce, but that seems too obvious. I think I'll settle for AWESOME!

Hint hint.

Hint.

Agnes Gooch,

You're one of the project rungay top 5 players. Did you see it? (Check the tresemme banner in the right column).

That's awesome. Congrats!

P.S. I don't recognize the other names, but congrats to you all.

I'm in the Kevin for the win and Ricky to float away on a raft of tears camp. I don't recall who I picked for hair though. I haven't gotten that one right yet anyway, though I have picked a few winners and losers along the way -- not many because I kept picking Ricky to be auf once Carmen left the Atlas.

Love Alex!'s take on the characters -- extremely entertaining.

Oh Damn.
I saw that cartoon and thought SANJAYA!

Thanks, bia, I did see that, but I'm looking out for my PRG homeys ahead of me who are neck and neck with certain other PR site moderators who have copped to having inside info! Go, Chiffonista! Take 'em down!

I noticed that the site owner is one of the top 5. SOOOO not cool! Sorry boys, but I had to vent.

I'm not sure that Ricky will be out on this one... his aesthetic seems relevant to the age group they're working with tonight...

True, but I will be disappointed if anybody else goes. He's definitely the weakest link at this point.

Winner: VictorYa
Loser: Kevin

Nice job, Alex! . . . And now for something completely different (I just came across this and wasn't even trying to find PR news):

Michael Kors Carries Self Around In Little Bag.

(Can't decide about this one.)

12 minutes into the episode and Ricky cries... gimme a break! This guy probably bawls when he misses a subway train!

Princess Puffysleeves made it in by the skin of his teeth. Kevin got auf'd for making pretty much the same dress as Jillian made in the What's the Skinny episode. Victor-Ya won. What the f**k?

But the best part is the kid who chose Sissy Bear didn't realize that the pictures in his portfolio were all of him in Brunhilde drag! ROTFLMAO

Nina kept saying, "Too old, too old." Has she been living in a cave? Girls are wearing gold lame to the crotch to prom now, not white tulle Glenda Good Witch prom dresses.

Anonymous said...

OMG, who knew SweetPiss could make a dress! I think the producers went out to JC Pe-naz and got one.
That offed dress sucked the soul out of my body when I saw it. And MissThang meets her equal in a teen diva with a bad attitude....so funny. I almost woke up.

In Christian's defense, that girl was a little bridezilla in training.

But it reminds me of what my grandmother always used to say to me when I was a kid: She said that when my mother was a teenager, she used to pray that someday she (my mother) would have a daughter that talked to her the same way she talked to my grandmother. And she was happy that I fulfilled that prayer.

Maybe Christian's mother had been praying for the same thing for him.

Well, Rami certainly resorts to a Rami-dress when he can (just like Uli). That looked just like his first episode winning design (in green, minus the floor-shawn).

Go Princess Puff! (P Pea?)

I was holding my breath for him this week. They made the right decision though--and his arrogant exit sealed the deal for me. That dress was crap and a large breasted 17 year old bouncing around braless in a poorly fitted red halter dress? Not good, not good at all.

Aufweinerzane! :D

LMFAO!!! PERFECT!!!

Especially after tonight's episode. Sorry, no spoilers--go watch if ya want to know

Thank FSM for this blog! My TiVo cut off just before Heidi did the auffing! I immediately came here to see who was sent home.

Damn all you spoilers!

Ok, I was gonna wait, but no way no how now...

WHAT THE FUCK WAS KEVIN THINKING??? ITS PROM, NOT DESPERATION HIGHWAY!

Having said that, princess puffsleeves SHOULD have gone home..that thing was FUGLY! AND his attitude spoke more volumes that the funk he let go down that runway. Unprofessional and rude.

WHAT THE FUCK WERE THE JUDGES THINKING????

Sweet P should have won..that dress was gorgeous! Victoyra's looked like a dragon threw up all over the front OR that she bought one of those "jewel" kits and did it at home. Plus it was too short!

Did anybody else notice how close Rami's "prom" dress was to the first dress he made on the show? Almost identical!

When Jack quit, I was upset but I understood it was necessary.

When Steven was auf'd, I was unhappy but I understood, because his dress was easily the worst.

When Elisa was auf'd, I was unhappy but...yeah, likewise.

When Kevin was auf'd...no. Now I'm pissed off.

This was a misstep along the lines of Alison's last year. He's done consistently excellent work until now, nearly but not quite deserving of a win--no, no, an imperfect dress for a model brand new to him is enough to force him off.

I'm really tired of this season. What do they think they're doing? No one's particularly good and they keep knocking off the people we're interested in--last year there were lots of great people, but they kept off knocking off the talented ones in favor of the ones who they could make commercials with.

I'll finish the season out, but if they can't make it fun again I'm out after that. This is just depressing.

My TiVo cut off the end, so I had to go online to find out what happened in the last 45 seconds. Guess I'll set it up to record again and add 2 minutes so I can see the end, and the preview of next week which TiVo says has something to do with creating a design to go with a hairstyle.

Anyway ... Ricky's was FUG fug fug FUG FUG. Plus another 200000 fugs. Ugly. I've been buying prom/formal dresses for my daughters for 5 years now, and neither of them would go near that horrid washed-out color.

They would also hate that thing Victorya made. Bedazzled plastic gems? PLEASE!! I doubt they'd like Sweet P's either, though.

I think Chris could sell his in 10 different colors and it would be very popular. The three I picked for the top -- Chris, Jillian and Kit -- were sent off as safe and I was very confused.

Please make Ricky go away. He's a one-note, as is Victorya. For that matter, so is Mr. Draping Rami. Kevin showed a lot of different looks from week to week and was not stuck with one particular silhouette -- I'll miss him.

Alex! said...

The thing that is frustrating about Rami, is that he has shown versatility... when he wants to.

Otherwise he's back in his draped comfort zone.

I think Christian needs to be bitch slapped. Or maybe he already was by a teenage girl in that horrific prom dress he designed for her.
If he's walking around thinking his shit don't stink, he better learn to overcome a teenager before he gets out into the real world.
Christian was the "Carrie" of the prom this year.
