Heidi Ho!

After being pregnant like 9 times in the last 4 years, Frau Seal reminds everyone just why she's called THE BODY in the latest issue of Arena magazine in a spread that was apparently shot on a very hot day. She looks gorgeous! Safe for work, but just barely.

Are those Kayne's shoes she's wearing?

OK, I need my coffee. There's entirely too much tootie being exposed here. LOL.

  4. Wow, she looks great! Kudos to anyone who can take their clothes off for the public after 3 kids!

  5. How can you look like that at the age of 34 and after 3 kids? It’s supermodel Heidi Klum, so of course you’re gonna look hot!

  6. I love Heidi and everything she does!! and of course her adorable family! She's very pretty, down to earth and her personality/sense of humor is great.

  8. Wow! I am a straight female, happily married to a great guy, but I have to say ... those pics made me a little moist. Holy Hot Mama!

I wonder how much retouching they did on the boobs. I've had 2 kids, and it's just not fair if her boobs still look that amazing after having 3 kids. It's not fair!!!!

Yes, they are Christian Louboutin. And yes, we agree, those are some serious pumps. You can find them here.

  17. Sorry. I'm still pissed off about the Jay McCarroll post from the other day.
She can kiss my ass in Macy's window on a Saturday night.

Elle Macpherson accused Heidi of stealing her nickname, after she called herself "The Body" in a television commercial. Elle claimed that she has used the moniker since it was used to describe her in a Time magazine cover story in 1986.
Heidi claims that everybody calls her "The Body" and that's why he has a bra named after her. Go figure!

Love the photo shoot by the way.

  22. She's a beautiful woman, no doubt about it, but some of those photos have been retouched more than the usual amount...no doubt there are some stretch marks and areas of less-than-pert flesh that have been digitally smoothed out.

Oh, and Elle Macpherson was the first to be called 'The Body', and still deserves the name. :)

    ReplyDelete
  23. I'm more interested in why single women want married men. Could someone explain that to me?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yup, I have a sibling who was living in Australia in the 1980's who can confirm...Elle Macpherson was known simply as "The Body" for years, I think even before the Time mag. story.

Sorry Heidi: you're not the first. Still hot, though.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Holy, crap, how did they do that? Even with airbrushing and plastic surgery, kudos to Heidi. A seriously genetically gifted girl. The Body, Zwei.

    tootie! hee hee!

  26. It doesn't get much hotter then that!

    ReplyDelete
  27. That's sizzling hot. She's still got it.

  28. Heidi always looks good (except for that infamous picture of her without any makeup). I love her!

  29. Holy crap! After three kids? I hate that bitch!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Okay, here comes the grandmother. Yes, she looks hot, but we all know there is some serious photoshopping going on here. I MOST admire the famous ladies who let themselves be photographed in a more natural state and deliberately send the message to young women that it is okay to not be perfect. (And NO, I don't mean a la Brittny here.) I mean classy women.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I agree, pittypat. Let's face it, no one looks like that au natural after three kids in four years. I can't help but wonder what took longer: the photo shoot or the photoshop.

  32. Yawn.

High rent supermodel can't do better than the British version of Maxim?

That's what it looks like to me...

Arena is not a porn magazine. That's what happens when you're hot.

  35. The bitch looks GORGEOUS! LOVE HER.

    ReplyDelete
  36. It's borderline porn.

    ReplyDelete
  37. If you want to see just how much celebrity photos get airbrushed, google "Iwanex Studio" and look at the portfolio. Even skinny people have fat rolls.

But without the photoshopping, I bet she has still a better body than 99.999% of the population.

  38. ...and now, all across the country, boys will now dream of coming back, in their next life, as a pillow.

She posed for some pretty sexy photos. There’s nothing wrong with that. And how does that translates into her being a whore? Jeez.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I wonder how many hrs. she has to work out a day to keep her body like that? Beautiful.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Heidi has a fabulous body but of course we're looking at a fantasy cyborg image created by photoshop. It's too bad because Heidi has the genetics to demonstrate that one can be incredibly beautiful as one gets older. I guess she has a lot invested in the illusion that she never ages.

The "on the street" photos of her just don't match up: her hips are wider for example and I don't say this to criticize how Heidi looks in real life.

I'm sorry to barf in the punchbowl people but I think these images are so fake that they are kind of creepy.

  45. All these comments about the pictures being photoshopped blah blah blah. Unless we're talking about your nephew's birthday party pictures, EVERYTHING is photoshopped these days. I'm sorry, but it just comes across as jealousy. I'm sick of the modeling and the fashion industry being blamed for our insecurities.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Random thoughts:

With regard to those who've commented that the pictures look like porn, etc - Um, don't think so.

Quite frankly, they look more wholesome than the papparazi pix you see of most of young Hollywood on a daily basis.

As for the photoshopping- yep it's most likely they are. Actually most definately. But if you want to see some really serious photoshopping, check out the Redbook cover featuring Faith Hill that was recently posted on jezebel.com. Someone from the mag sent over the pre-photoshopped image so you can compare them side-by-side.

Interesting to see what they do to an already pretty woman; removing every line and quite a few pounds.

  47. For those who are interested, I tracked the history of the jezebel.com story:
    kora-in-hell-pr.blogspot.com/
    2007/07/visit-photoshop-of-horrors

If they did all of that to Faith Hill for a Redbook cover, just imagine what they have done to Heidi for this cover. And I don't say that to take away from how beautiful Heidi is: she's one in a million. (Hence the utter silliness of "being jealous" of her.)

Actually, my life's ambition was to be "The Body" but I failed to make the height requirement and I had to fall back on other talents.

There are reasons for not liking these cyborg images other than envy. Like, fear! Those fembots in Austen Powers were mean!

re: I'm sick of the modeling and the fashion industry being blamed for our insecurities.

    I blame Harry Potter.

  49. The pictures were most certainly Photoshopped as are virtually all pictures of celebs/models that appear in magazines, but they always have been. Think back to those great looking b/w head shots of all the hollywood stars, they were retouched to death. All the great portrait painters of the past took liberties when painting their subjects. The Minoans (pre Greek) painted themselves with freakishly small waists.
To me the Photoshop thing is just a natural progression of what has been going on all along. Nothing to get upset about. It's human nature to want to improve on the human form, even if it is already perfect as in Heidi's case.

Well said, Sewing Siren! The bottom line is we know Heidi is gorgeous. It's not like her head was photoshopped onto somebody else's body.

Ahem...This sounds far-fetched, but a few weeks ago I was relaxing on the Great Lawn in Central Park, seductively scratching my butt (it was my day to scare the tourists), when all of a sudden I heard the sound of a camera shutter snapping. I turned to look but couldn't see where it came from.

Then low and behold, what do I see now, but MY body on the cover of Arena magazine with Heidi Klum's face photoshopped onto it!

    I am outraged.

More like INVENTING and REINFORCING those insecurities! Sorry, but I think the fashion industry lives in la la land (and I don't mean L.A.). Besides, I'm tired of looking at would be pretty girls with the body of 10 year old boys!

As for Heidi, I wonder how she fit in 3 kids in 4 years having to work out 197 hours a week? Jesus! No thanks. I'll take my little baby pooch to the grave (along with my slightly sagging boobs) rather than miss a minute playing with my son.

  55. Yawn. Anyone can look good in full body make-up, airbrushing, and retouching.

    ReplyDelete
  56. She is gorgeous. No doubt about it. Stunning. Lovely. Tall. Germanic goddess. Cheekbones to die for.

Thank you photoshop for hiding the extra flesh that all formerly pregnant women get around the belly and belly button. I don't care how thin or perfect you are: pregnancy leaves skin trails.

Great photoshopping. This is what makes women feel so inadequate these days. How can we possibly compete against this perception?

The first 'The Body'? is Elle Macpherson. Our beautiful Heidi, who is admittedly gorgeous, appropriated the moniker much to Elle's consternation.

  57. btw, if you're interested in seeing a "flawed" heidi, cruise around for germany's next top model, season 2. she's the host of the show. and about halfway through the season, she got an eye infection and had to host while wearing an eye patch. like, a pirate's eye patch...

it's kind of awesomely hilarious. and you have to give it to her for being so ridiculous.
