I'm SO sad that bubble skirts are technically back "in" to begin with! So yuck to even the BASIC bubble skirt, but with all the sparkle & little goofy rosettes Angela insists on adding...well, I can't imagine anyone older than twelve wanting to wear this thing! I guess maybe the mother of a six-year-old girl might view this skirt as a nice compromise to actually allowing her little ballerina to wear her tutu out in public, but other than that, I just don't get it!

Any time I see that outfit, I just can't believe it. I've watched this season of PR many times and when this challenge arrives and this walks down the runway, I just gasp. What. The. Fuck.
Hooker. Trashy, cheap hooker. Ridiculous for this challenge. Ridiculous anywhere. One of the ugliest outfits in PR history. Ugh, ugh ugh.
