ReplyDeleteIt's great to see a couple that consists of two fully-formed, vibrant beings. I love Peter -- what he does, the comfortable style he dresses himself, and the fact that he ADORES his wife (and vice versa). Forget celebrity marriages ala two tortured, addicted souls finding temporary comfort with one another and loudly proclaiming they are now cured, have found true love --"proven" by the new tattoos festooned on their bods blah blah blah. You just know they are the real deal.

I totally agree. Laura and Peter make a great couple and you can sense by the proud way they speak of each other and the way they look at each other that they are devoted and totally adore each other. I love how Peter refers to her as "My girl" and that "I waited 50 years for this girl" and how Laura said of him (paraphrased) "I'm keeping him even though he runs like a girl"
I would love to hear their story. I wish someone would interview them so we could find out more about this great couple and how they met.
Hey guys, since you've been there, maybe you can answer this question if it is not too personal. I've wondereed ever since they showed the family hunting for Frank the turtle and Laura said "I hope he didn't go upstairs", Does that mean that Laura's loft has another level to it that wasn't shown? How many bedrooms does it have? And do the nannies live with them too or do they just work during the day and then go home?

ReplyDeleteLess of a comment, more of a sidenote really.. however, ive been rewatching season 2 of Project Runway and have found that in the Clothes Off Your Back challenge, Kirsten looks particularly like Laura. Almost like a mother-daughter feel. Another thing, Guadalupe reminds me of Angela from season 3 due to their tacky aesthetic with the whole "flower" gross-ness. Anyways, that is all.
