Heidi Klum in Nikolaki

Heidi Klum appeared on the Late Night with Conan O’Brien show wearing a Nikolaki (Nick Verreos and David Paul) dress and Louboutin shoes, bien sûr.

  1. Congrats to Uncle Nick! That asymmetrical thing is a little 80s for me but I think the dress looks very chic.

Dear Heidi, shoes are generally available in more than one size. Peep-toe means exactly that. Peep not Bulge. If the toes ooze out the front, please ask for another pair! XOXO, your feet

  2. NICK!!! Love the dress AS USUAL!!

Heidi looks fab but if her hair is pulled back any tighter, she'll be able to blink her ass.

  5. the bag is killer!

    dress is cool.

i like to see heidi supporting the designers from PR. They helped make the show great -- she can wear them more often as far as i'm concerned.

  6. The dress looks good on her, or should I say she looks good in the dress? I hope she pays the designers for these dresses and doesn't expect comps.

Heidi looks good (don't ever expect me to say otherwise). Love the dress. Love the belt. Love the shoes. And the handbag is to die for. Good for Uncle Nick!

  8. I was going to say, 'poor alligator', but then I realized that even in his current state, he's getting more VIP treatment than I am.

I love Nick but I hate this dress. It makes her look as if her left breast is twice as big--and baggy--as her left. Brown bag with black dress/shoes...Uh....no. And she needs a pedicure.

Not Heidi's best moment. Or Nick's, alas.

  11. Love it. It's clean, cool, and age/body appropriate.

  12. Oh, for pete's sake, Heidi! A brown alligator suitcase with a sleek black dress? Are you nuts?

  14. It's a mini-fishtail! Love the belt though.

  15. Amen to embeedubya. When did Frau Seal get inked?

  16. Her titsen looked a little wonky in the dress. But, whatev. Uncle Nick is still a winner to me.

    Sewing Siren,

You look fabulous! We called Emmett and told him about your picture/Avatar. He was very pleased.

Siren! From one old bag to another -- you look beautiful in that dress.

(actually, this real old bag must tell you -- you ain't to ol' bagdom yet, sweetie!)

  19. PS - that last shot of Heidi makes her look like "the other woman" in a high-profile divorce case.

  20. 60isthenew55, I agree. Brown bag/black shoes = bad combination.

As for the dress, I like the...concept, I guess, but the belt gives Frau Seal a MAJOR titscrepancy.

  21. To 60isthenew55:

As someone who will turn 60 tomorrow, I can't tell you how much I love your screen name!

(We now return you to your regularly scheduled bitchfest.)

  22. Love the dress, but the shoes are horible and I won't even start on the brown bag.

Honey, your new gay(s) need to follow up with what they started. Their implementation of the overall plan is failing. They need an intervention and stat.

  23. I read somewhere the tat is a stylized "Seal" and the three stars refer to their children.

I don't mind this brown bag with black shoes: the pattern on the bag sort of ends up having black-ish lines throughout. (Not sure that makes sense.) But the fit of the shoes is terrible.

And I don't like the dress at all. It sits awkwardly on her body, and the silhouette immediately says Wilma Flintstone to me.
But good for her for wearing PR designers so often. It makes it seem that she's truly committed to the show.

  24. I'm with you, Pats. Dreadful shoes and I'm so tired of these carry-on sized handbags I could cry. What could she possibly need that takes up that much space? She has minions, they can schlepp.

  25. Frank Lloyd Wright would approve of the cantilevered toes! But he would probably also say he thought of it first.

Otherwise I think she looks just fine.

  26. As much as I love Nick, I can't say I'm crazy about the dress. The toga top creates a major titscrepancy and looks really dated to me.

I know the days of matching accessories are over, but I still think there is a special place in hell for someone (or her gays) who carries a brown alligator bag with red and black shoes. WTF?

  27. Love the bag, just not with that outfit.
