I think Austin looks great. Agreed about the Heidi/Kim Alexis confusion. Laura is looking very socialite-y. Chris could have dressed up a bit more and Christian really, really, really needs a new pose. That one is getting really tired.
I love Heidi doing the Christian photo pose. Cute. And she looks great in this dress and fantastic in the one below--simple, clean lines look great on her.
I think PPS face has FROZEN! Remember the old adage your mom or grandma told you?? It must be exhausting to continually keep the same expression cause you know cameras are always around.
Lets have a contest and pose just like him. Maybe he'll get the idea to stop if everyone else is doing it. LOL!!
Ms. Merriweather Post - I adore your daughter. You and EF Hutton should be proud. She always was and still is the epitome of style and grace. I get positively giddy whenever I see dear Dina and Ted out at the theater in NY.
I'm all in, wannabe! Heidi looks absolutely amazing. Love the pool table pose. Love her in Christian's eyeglasses. TLo, I'm totally lovin' the little homage to Heidi today. You can make it a weekly ritual for those of us who've done the SWICH.

Austin's fierceness is so much more authentic than Christian's. His personal style is also less derivative of what's already out there.

I agree, I often watch S1 on DVD and still love it. It's so raw, nobody knows what to expect, they're not afraid of the cameras, they get drunk and have fun. Sooo cool. Now they arrive with an assistant and a publicist and demand things.
Let me just say - I think Chris March is losing some weight. I thought so at the A-List Awards, and looking at these photos - I think my eyes were not deceiving me. Am I right? Good for him!
I always had a "friend crush" on Austin. He seemed so awesome on the show. S1 was so great too because they were all a lot younger and less professional. I don't think someone like Alexandra would have made it on the show in S4, and maybe Austin at his age wouldn't have either. Of S1 compared to the age bracket of S4 and relative experience, I think neither Alexandra, Austin, Nora, Robert, Wendy, Vanessa, nor Mario would have been cast. If they'd had fan favorite, Austin could have won $10k too. I remember watching the first episode and being so excited about a dress made of corn husks, and then the show verged on cancellation, and then it came full circle after the marathon airing and the new Bravo was born with PR and Queeer Eye as their flagship shows. Where would Bravo be without those Magical Elves? No wonder NBC gave them $150M to stay. S6 I think will suffer tremendously from a new production team and a new site. The only thing that could use "glamming up" is the runway, perhaps to all white? Please?
Also I hope that in S5 they make the models more relevant like they were in S1. Where is the next Morganza?

Of coure there wouldn't have been a PR1-PR3...or Emmys, or Peabodys, etc.. I think the original poster's point was that if TPTB had done the "breakout star" thing from day one/season one, then the divine Autine Scarlett would have been an excellent candidate for the role. Personally, I understood this as fact, but still heartily agree that Austin could have easily garnered as much popularity, fame and photo ops as Christian has. (of course, without the status of the season's winner)
Heidi has definitely lost some weight. Since this is the first time in a few years that she hasn't been pregnant or recently given birth it makes sense. But she's a lot thinner.

She looks amazing but I'm not a fan of the heavy eyebrows which are in vogue now.
Heidi looks HOT on that pool table. Ditto with the Christian glasses on. But the scary Austin-ness in the pics kills it for me.
