Heidi attends the Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai launch
Last night Heidi attended the launch of Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai looking great in a form revealing strapless black dress with a leather bustier accessorized with a lot of bling. We love the Kaufman Franco Fall 2008 dress, we love the Christian Louboutin slingback pumps, but we think the accessories are a bit too clunky for the look.

ReplyDeleteThe shoes are fantastico but the dress is what I love. I like it that it's simple and the accessories jazz it up.
The problem with the jewelry is that, while it's gorgeous, it doesn't work with the informality of the leather dress (which is also gorgeous). I think this would have been the time to bring out some chunky vintage jet jewelry.
ReplyDeleteThe shoes look too small. The rest of the look is a bit of a snooze. I think I'd like the earrings better if either she wore her hair up or they were in colors that didn't blend in with her blond as much.

It looks like it's the right size but not the right fit.
I don't like leather clothing but she looks great.
I love the shoes. Louboutins are so in right now. They're just so damn expensive.
ReplyDeleteI looove the entire outfit. Heidi looks amazing in almost everything anyway. However, the jewels are way off for this particular look. And, the shoes are indeed clunky, but very, on-trend, so she get's a pass from moi.

Heidi just looks better and better lately, wearing black and white almost exclusively in her most recent photos. To my eyes, she looks perfect, from head to toe. Her look balances raw with polished, casual with a bit of formality, executed with a linear, moderne Art Deco style..beautiful.

Was the event in dubai? All the women that I know who go there for business have to cover much more than that...
