Yeah, I saw a picture of the "fabulous whore" in Cosmo and she was holding her boobs, even though she's what, 18? 19? Whatever, she's hot and kinda makes me wanna switch teams, but then I remember oh yeah, 0.000001% of double x-chromosomed beings look that good. Shame.

ReplyDeleteNot a fan of Morgan's pics; they're very severe, and she looks old in them (altho she might actually just be old; I remember she was one of the older models from that season). Audrey and Erin look fab.

ReplyDeleteIn the '70s she would have been a supermodel & married one of the Rolling Stones.
Either that or she'd have done so much drugs and plastic surgery she'd now look like an alligator purse. (Though she'd now be making a comeback with a reality show).

I remember Audrey was the one who was eliminated at the beginning of the wedding dress episode. There was crazy Morgan, pissing everyone off and driving Jay nuts, but someone could have easily been putting pretty Audrey into a pretty dress. Broke my heart.

ReplyDeleteMelisa was one of best models on the show. Models are important, much more important that most designers are ready to admit. She looks amazing in every picture.
ReplyDeleteAny idea how many of these fabulous photos are from actual jobs and how many are test shots from the models' portfolios? I'd be curious to know which models are getting the most work. Morganza's first one feels distinctly commercial. Melissa's second one feels editorial. Julia's seem cataloguey.

ReplyDeleteHey guys...this is kinda off topic but it's about models. Did you know that Rachel, the much-maligned marshmallow model that went from Zulema to Nick in S2, auditioned for Top Model?
ReplyDeleteI'm now blanking on which cycle but in the first episodes there was a finalist who didn't make the house named Rachel, and she had white-and-black spiky hair and was all punk and goth, and I was all "OMG that's Rachel from Runway!"
Just thought you'd get a kick.
I think Melissa's belly looks airbrushed away in that first pic - it's just a little unnatural looking considering she isn't hurting in the booty dept.

Season 1 = best looking models. Crazy, young, nice, whatever. These ladies are stunning.

Martinique was also on an episode of Shear Genius. She was the model for the Diva photo shoot--Dr. Boogie (hate that guy) was the stylist.
