What I find truly hysterical is that of these 20 worst looks, virtually all of them were deemed 'in' by the judges....

Oh, you guys make me laugh so hard. Vincent is at the top of my list of "genius in his own mind" idiot designers. Hilarious!

What really bothered me about Zulema's ass ugly (literally!) dress was her lame defense of it. Yes Zulema, you see women wearing dress this short EVERYWHERE. Yes, Zulema your model has a big fat ass and that's why the dress looks so terrible. It was pathetic!

The scariest thing about Vincent was how delusional he was about his designs. The man always thought that he was creating genius.

I had forgotten how bad Kayne's recycled dress was, but for my money, Vincent's was sooo much worse. I hope that one cracks the top 5 with Santino's trio of crap - the deer lingerie, the flaming turkey skating costume and Kara's jumpsuit.

God, Vincent. He wasn't fun-crazy or reality tv -crazy, he was crazy-crazy. And that's just sad.

When you said "20 Worst", my immediate vision was Vincent's model with the basket on her head. Ugly shit on the basket. Ugly dress. That he made it beyond this challenge just speaks volumes about whoever went home (and who did go home on this one??)

Yeah, that really turns me on.

What I miss so much about Tim's podcast that he used to do for iTunes is how he would still, a year later, talk about what a bitch Zulema was to him. When Uncle Tim puts on his perfectly-pressed bitch pants, that's a good time for all.

You know, looking over these selections again, I'm thinking that it's compiling this Super Bad list that has made you guys sick.

Not only do you work you fingers to the bone churning out brilliant content day after day, but you're also sacrificing your health to bring us the most in-depth reporting.

Ooo, Kayne's trash dress is startlingly similar to Starr's Blueberry Princess dress from the 1st season 1st challenge. They could be sisters. I swear.
Anyhoo, here are mine.
10.Simone-The 1st challenge of season 4. Poor choice of fabric, p
oor design and poor construction.
9. Stella's trash bag ensemble, terrible choice of materals, design, and inability to switch gears when it was apparent it wouldn't work.
8. Santino's Frozen Turkey Ice skating outfit. Putrid.
7. Blayne's-"Let's get started". Everything you said and more. I also hated that he wrote on his models leg. Something about that was kind of obscene.
6. Blayne's "What's your sign" How humiliating for that poor model, to wear a costume that looks like Clown Farts.

Man, Zulema and Vincent got pretty far in the competition. I guess every season has that person who mysteriously flies under the judges radar: S1 was Robert, S2 was Zulema, S3 was Vincent, S4 was Ricky/Sweet P, and S5 was Suede.

Vincent though. Wow.

Could you find a version of Kayne's dress, before he cut off the dixie water dispenser cup shaped skirt with the big ugly flowers painted on it?
It was significantly worse and Tim's Oh ! My! was truly heartfelt enough for Kayne to change it to this.

How had I missed seeing the tumor dress? (Just lucky, I guess)

Poor Zulema's model. Wasn't her name Rebecca, and didn't her @ss just come in for WAY too much criticism that season? She also had to wear part of Santino's Black Forest nightmare lingerie collection.

Remember the dress that Kayne INITIALLY made for the recycle challenge, which was a lunatic Gone with the Wind-ish prom dress that Tim just couldn't find words for? Poor child. He slapped this on Amanda at the last minute. I miss Amanda.

What was it about this design that got Vincent off (in his own immortal words)? I think it's his model's legs. My god, she has gorgeous legs. Vincent was really creepy. At least he spent his 401(k) doing PR and didn't have to watch it wither this year.

Oh, my. I still think Zulema's would have been salvageable over pants or leggings.

I suppose we should thank Starr for giving us a descriptive term that would end itself applied to future PR looks. Only diff was her tumor was intentional.

This blog never fails to make me smile. Thanks for all the toil and trouble, especially in the face of sickness. It is greatly appreciated.

Oh, boys. If you made a "pissed off models" list, obviously Heather would be number one while she was wearing... just about anything Santino forced her to wear.

OK - first off we ALL agree vincent is/was batsh-t crazy. But in this individual look, based only on the dress, I don't believe the dress would end up in the top 10 worst - boring, odd, and the ridiculous pocket, OK. I'd assume most of us would agree that the hat took this to the level (or should I say depths) that ranked it here.

But based on that - WTF - Jerrell has to rank even worse. Some of them run together - but the olympic outfit/hat, and when he put the carnival grinder monkey hat on his model - I KNEW he was OFF THE CHARTS. Yes he seemed like a less mean lunatic, but still a loon.

*snort* That profile shot of Lindsay in Vincent's get-up is perfect. She has got the crazy eyes for sure, and who could blame her?

I have to agree with Anon 10:47 -- how is it that so many of these designers managed to avoid an auf'ing with these looks?

I think Zulema's would be ok if it weren't so short. I thought that challenge was dumb and unfair anyway.

Lupe's is GODAWFUL. I'd forgotten about her until this Worst 20 look...and for good reason.

Starr's tumor dress is no shock. Fug...and cheap-looking. That particular shade of green looks extremely dated to me.

I don't think Kayne's recycling dress is all that bad. I mean, it's tacky and looks cheap...but it's made out of trash. Most of the dresses that episode looked like they were made out of trash. So, I dunno, for me it is bad, but not that memorably bad.

I will not argue with any inclusion of Vincent on this list. He was the most delusional designer in PR history. That basket looked ridiculous then, and it looks ridiculous now...to say nothing of the fugly, overworked, awkward and mismatched jewel-tasseled thatch pocket on the dress. Ugh.

We've barely cracked into S5 and haven't even gone into Wendy Pepper territory. And only 5 slots left!

On a personal note, I am grateful that you included at least one entry so far from Marla Duran (S2). For my money, the WORST designer the show has ever had. She produced NOTHING worthwhile, and her best outfit was a) a team effort, b) fugly, and c) eliminated. So, thanks for that.

Although it pains me to see poor Kaynebow get trashed... but that dress deserves it.
