At least she has a more realistic body type imprinted in her brain than Posh does! If they aren't going to use someone that's in the fashion business, I'd rather JLo than Mariah, Posh or many, many others they could have chosen.

I have no real issues with her as a finale judge. Now had it been Mary Kate like in Blayne's dreams...I would be raging something fierce.

JLo has come a long way from the green dress cut to the netherworld that gave her so much publicity.

I thought it was Mariah? Well, whatever, this is much better news! Not Jennifer Lopez's biggest fan, but she dresses quite well usually.

I have absolutely no problem with Jenny as guest judge for the finale. She knows how to wear fashion and she knows how to run a business. I'm pleased. Although like others have already said, I'd love to see a true fashion insider as guest judge again sometime in the future.....or Lorenzo & Tom!!!

I think she'll be a good judge. Not as good as Teri Agins or Fern, mind you, but still good.

JLo, from what I hear, is a very savvy business woman. I suspect she will look at the shows from a larger variety of angles than have certain other past finale judges (Posh, Grace, Parker- I'm lookin' at you three.).

I agree with ojani noa; except...not as zealous. JLo relies too much on animal products for fashion and should do her part as a celebrity to try and stamp out cruelty.

However, according to Ms. Gunn, the contestants aren't allowed to use real fur in their collections, so in this case, it's a moot point.

I dislike her immensly but she always looks spectacular and the bitch does indeed know fashion! I think it will be cool having her as a judge. But I think DVF as a final judge woould be cooler.

For the record, I don't hate Mariah, JLo, Posh, or Mary-Kate Olson. I just don't think they are qualified to judge who should win the 100,000. Shopping or being shopped for doesn't cut it for me. The finale Judge should be someone is a position who knows what it takes to be a success and is connected enough to acutal help the designer succeed.

I have to agree with most of the comments that JLo is better than MK or Mimi, but to be honest, I just can't get excited about the finale. What gives?

I think that JLo would be a great choice. She is reportedly a HUGE fan of the show, and understands its importance.

She has some glamorous taste, and she is shaped like the average woman, so she won't annoy me.

On another note, can we stop referring to size two women as 'not real'.

This is coming from someone who wears a size 12. Real women come in every size from 0 to 30.

I prefer the term 'average' or 'typical' personally.

Yup, J Lo makes sense. And if she is, I say Korto wins because she's closer to J Lo's style than Leanne. And if neither of them win, then Jenny from the Block needs to be kicked to the curb.

I used to find her really annoying but now not so much. I think it was how she was all that when she was clubbing and performing. Now she seems comfortable in her own skin.I think it would be better to have someone more notable in the fashion industry, but she's going to help the ratings.

Yes, she's very chic but frankly...hmm.... I've never seen her as cutting edge or taking chances as Posh does. JLo is just very well styled, but not necessarily original.
