Nice to see Daniel shot down again. Everything can't be classy couture or whatever he claims his aesthetic is.
I would have predicted that a crazy challenge like this would be great for Blayne but clearly it was Koto and Teri who hit it out of the park.

I thought Terri should have won simply because it had a lot more to it than Joe's (and also keeping in mind the idea for Joe's ultimately came from his drag queen). But, Joe's was great too and his drag queen seemed the happiest, so...

what was up with Teri's look at Joe after the win? Is she sick of not winning? Does she hate Joe? Inquiring minds want... rampant speculation!

I think most of the designers actually did a good job. I would have put Blayne in the bottom 3 instead of Jerell, but the only ones that sucked were Keith and Daniel, and the auf was the right one.

All of the Top 3 were really excellent in different ways. Terri's was exotic and fantasy; Korto's was costume and camp; Joe's was cute and classy (for a drag queen). I can see why they picked it, but any of those 3 could have won and I'd have been happy.

It did look like Terri was going to cut someone, though.

In honor of our esteemed guest judge, RuPaul, Chris March and all of the lovely models, I would've been thrilled to have seen a double-D cup elimiation with the aufing of both Daniel and Keith.

I have not been a fan of Joe's so far this season, but he totally deserved the win. His client was over the moon about the outfit and it totally worked with her persona. Terri's was ok, but it looked a bit too strange with all that white and then a big glob of red in the middle.

Oh, I am so sad. I did not want Daniel to go home. I thought he would make it to Bryant Park. Boo.
I thought Terri or Korto would win the challenge I was suprised they picked Joe.

1. I'm over Keith's rat tail.
2. For the umpteenth week in a row, we didn't get to see anything from half the designers throughout the show. Before the runway, we hadn't seen a second of Stella, Kenley, Leanne, or Terri. It's pissing me off.
3. I'm feeling bitchy this week.

Sorry, but I'm liking Terri less and less. Her attitude is really coming to the surface.

Also I hope people are done thinking Joe is a homophobe.
He was great with his client this week and embraced a challenge that was way out of his comfort zone.


I loved Joe's design!! It was adorable and fit her well. I also liked that he followed his client's lead by turning the collar into a nautical theme. He worked with her and it turned out fabulous.

Totally agree...but, Ted: you get over it...nice pink, nice outfit, but not a win in the scope of this challenge.

I would have given it to Terri, and so would have Terri. She looked extremely pissed in the break-room when Joe relished in his victory. Good thing he didn't turn his back to her. All Top 3 Outfits deserved the win, so I'm ok with Joe winning.

Ironic that Daniel got the boot over his prettiest dress since the plastic-cups, when he seemed organized, on time and way more relaxed. But I'm glad the whino with his exquisite taste (snort) is gone.

When Joe said that he'd just have to pretend he was making a Halloween costume for his daughters, I was sure he'd screw this up.

But now that I've seen the result...what kind of outfits does he send those kids out in on Halloween anyway? ;-)

I was worried for sweet Suede when he started talking about his grandpa, but once Daniel ignored Tim, I was mentally packing his luggage.

I liked Joe's outfit. It was cute,classy and really fit the model. You could tell she was in love with it as well.

As for RuPaul, it is said once you get to a certain age, either you have a great ass or a great face. I am guess RuPaul chose ass.

Ok the drag queen episode really had me excited until i went to bravotv.com. I was going to check out the blogs from daniel v. and malaan when i see that they already have tim and michael's blog up for the drag queen episode. And FYI at 5 o clock. All Im gonna say is youre going to be shocked who the winner is.

Yeah, I kind of agree with that, but with the immense feathers and sequins, hers had flair and drama to it (IMHO), and it seemed to be very well-constructed, for the most part. I would have put Blayne in the bottom three instead of Jerrell - it drove me crazy how those "wings" or whatever they were looked cheap and askew - like they were made of cardboard and taped to her back.

I'd just like to reiterate how awesome I thought this episode was - I actually am a bit excited to catch the encore after Shear Genius tonight.
